I did a clean install, where I deleted all the files in users/./roaming/texstudio, the problem persists. I've tested on two different Windows7圆4 machines, one with version 2.5 and one with version 2.5.1 below.
Texstudio build and view update#
The "Check and update bibliography" does not make any difference. No visible warning or error message anywhere. I repeated the experiment with other documents I have and was able to find some documents that work right away, but, as I said, many that used to work don't work anymore. And I reconstructed the entire document and it was still working! I compiled it several times, the full document that had caused problems was now "View"-ing without any problem.īut then I saved, closed, reopened the document and it wasn't working again. From there I started rebuilding the document again by pasting in the elements. After I had reduced it to the minimal possible state (\usepackage) it started to work (Build+View did view). I took one of my documents and started deleting stuff and compiling to see if I could build a minimal example.
